Andrea is specially trained in Sexual & Domestic Abuse and has extensive knowledge and experience in Anxiety, Bereavement & Loss, Sexual Assault & Trauma, Drug & Alcohol addiction, PTSD, OCD, Stress, Self-harm and Suicidal Ideation.

Andrea works as an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor incorporating, Cognitive Behaviour and Life Coaching. Andrea runs her own private practice, where she works with children, young people and adults, in a private and confidential safe space, for clients to explore whatever they wish to bring to therapy.

Andrea's background had primarlily been in the military and emergency services, where she has a combined experience of over 30 years working within these services and experiencing and also seeing first-hand, the impact trauma can have on a person.

Andrea also has 16 years’ experience and training working with sexual and domestic trauma and over 13 years’ experience working with families, adults and children who have been bereaved by natural causes, illness, traffic accidents, suicide, and murder.

Andrea believes she is a very good listener and will work alongside her clients to assist them to feel better, happier and help them move forward with what they are struggling with in life. Be that anxiety, depression or stress, or grief, sexual abuse and other traumas.
