Kathy states as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and CBT therapist is to provide you with the client with space and time to work through whatever is troubling you, within a confidential and respectful environment and without judgment, "together we can work to help you find solutions and coping strategies to restore yourself to a place of positive emotional health.

As well as being a counsellor I also work as a coach supporting every aspect of and working around the stressors of professional, working life and being able to achieve working deadlines.

I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger, phobias, bereavement, trauma, addictive behaviours, abuse, domestic violence, bullying, low self-esteem, personality disorders, self-harm, relationship problems, Asperger’s syndrome, lack of confidence, substance misuse, self-sabotaging behaviours, parenting issues, stress and more

Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic Skills and Theory (CBT)

Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
