Tim has been passionate about psychology and spiritual enquiry since he was a boy.  He trained at the CCPE (Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education) for four years to gain his Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. The course was integrative, covering four main modalities; Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential and Transpersonal.  He has worked with many clients of varying ages but particularly enjoys working with people approaching major life transitions and experiencing a sense of meaninglessness.

Most of his clients have experienced depression and or panic and anxiety but some of them have also been psychiatrically diagnosed and spent time within psychiatric hospitals.

During his twenties, Tim worked abroad in three separate locations and loves travelling. Most recently he came from a corporate background working within international medical insurance, where he trained and coached customer service agents in amongst other things, the importance of being empathetic and authentic.

Tim is a firm believer in the process of counselling and feels that ultimately, it’s the relationship between client and counsellor that produces the greatest healing.
