During my twenties, I worked abroad in three separate locations and love travelling. Most recently I have came from a corporate background working within international medical insurance, where I trained and coached customer service agents in amongst other things, the importance of being empathetic and authentic.
I have worked with many clients of varying ages but particularly enjoys working with people approaching major life transitions and experiencing a sense of meaninglessness.
I have extensive knowledge & experience working within the Insurance industry. Counselling and coaching young people transitioning into adulthood, adults and young people with anxiety, panic & depression, life crisis, OCD, relationship issues, conflicts at work, suicide ideation & Psychiatric Diagnosed Clients.
I am a firm believer in the process of counselling and feels that ultimately, it’s the relationship between client and counsellor that produces the greatest healing.
